MCMK is seeking a Content Marketing Manager that is remote, a digital nomad, or seeking work as a freelancer. The engagement terms are not limiting but are based on your requirements and the value you bring to the table. This position works with the executive leadership team.

Key Requirements:

  • The ideal candidate will have the expertise of delivering a variety of key

  • Content Marketing deliverables within a start-up / technology / fintech / SaaS or

  • Technology organization and effectively support a high growth business

What you will do:

  1. Be a key member of the MCMK Agile Marketing team

  2.  Delivery of multiple / short term projects

  3. Manage the implementation of Marketing Automation and Content  Management tools and processes

  4. Full life cycle delivery – creation of campaign to completion and handover to sales

  5. Implement best practices around operational processes to ensure quality of  work is to the highest standard – i.e. agile / best practices / documentation etc.

  6. Process improvement / continuous improvement

  7. Continuously review current processes and technology and recommend improvements

  8. Identify issues and recommend solutions.

  9. Work with and revaluate 3rd party suppliers, partners and resellers


  1. 1. Excellent Communication skills, with high degree of technical and analytical acumen

  2. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office products

  3. 3-5 years of Content Marketing management experience

  4. Customer-focused and self-motivated with a great sense of urgency and follow-through

  5. Excellent communicator who can quickly earn the respect of the team and customers

  6. Must have the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations

  7. Experience of 80/20 analysis / Pareto Principles
